Eta SP Engineers Pte Ltd is a Singaporean owned and managed company which was founded in 1993 to provide engineering and consultancy services to the mechanical engineering industry. In addition to fabrication and machining, Eta SP is able to provide design and engineering for a variety of purposes especially when the customer has a unique requirement. To this end, existing equipment, machinery or even vehicles can be modified by us in order to provide suitable solutions for the tasks at hand.
Eta SP also supports the industry by providing engineering for integrating components into a system, equipment maintenance, upgrading, refurbishing, retro-fitting and the supply of spares and replacement parts.
Since the mid-1990’s 90% of our business has been supporting the Transportation sector, both in Singapore and overseas. We are able to provide a full suite of services to our customers; design, fabrication, modification and engineering consultancy services based on our years of experience.
In 2013, we incorporated Eta SP Engineers Pte Ltd as a private limited company to grow the business further.

CUSTOMISED ENGINEERING
Flash Butt Wielding
State-of-the-art Welding method used in weld-joining rails. The process requires specialised welding and handling equipment. Eta SP designed and constructed the Flash Butt Welding (FBW) machine that is currently used in the trackwork at Circle Line, Singapore. Eta SP was also entrusted with the modification of the truck to function as the rail-road transporter for the Flash Butt Welding unit.
AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT
Eta SP designs and builds a range of equipment that is used in railway trackwork projects. Fabrication and machining in accordance to customer’s drawings.
